Project Natal on the XBOX 360 take game to a whole new level. Natal uses a sensor based camera and tracks full body gestures, depth, and even voice. The live interaction has you full immerst in the game.
Microsoft Project Natal is one of the most impressive piece of console hardware I’ve seen in a long time. Unlike the Wii, its motion capabilities require no controller. Natal isn’t just about games. It can give you Wii-like gaming on the Xbox, but there is so much more to it.
Microsoft has integrated Natal into all aspects of the XBOX. It works with Xbox Live, which Microsoft is try hard to turn into a more authentic social community.
Have a look at this Microsoft’s presentation which shows the use of facial and voice recognition.
Lionhead has been playing around with Natal for a few months check out the natural interaction they have with an avatar named Milo.
More information and demos of Natal can be found on the XBOX.COM.
I just came across an article from Digital Home that compared the Internet offerings from 3 Canadian ISP (Bell, Rogers, & TekSavvy).
I moved to TekSavvy several years ago (formerly with Bell) and haven’t looked back. These guys know their stuff, and when you call for technical support. You get the tech support person who can solve your problem, not someone reading a list of standard questions. I’d recommend TekSavvy to all! A great ISP that will fight for the consumer.

Another useful iPhone app is Units. It’s a useful little tool for converting units. Units can convert: Area, Currency, Energy, Temperature, Time, Length, Weight, Speed, Pressure, Power, Volume, Data Storage, Fuel Consumption, Typography, Density, Astronomy, Torque, and Luminance.
I came across this app in Terry White’s blog. It looks like a very useful application. For setting up meetings with friends.
I’m not a big iPhone fan, but so many of my friends have iPhone’s. I thought I’d pass this along.
Check it out on Terry’s blog
My friend Isa had a bad fall on the weekend and did some damage to her teeth. I’m just wishing and praying that the damage isn’t too bad, and that she’ll make a speedy recover.
Finally Tron 2 and in 3D… ![]()
The video for ‘Three Little Birds’ was filmed in Jamaica during the Talbot family’s Easter holiday.
It’s a perfect setting for this great Marley song.
Oliver Samuels is the King of Jamaican Comedy also known as the Jamaican Bill Cosby. This is one of his acts from Oliver At Large television series. When I first saw it many years ago it had me in stitches.
Enjoy!
Airport Part 1
We took a trip along the coast today to the city of Laguna Beach. This place is beautiful! It’s kind of a touristy town with tons of little shops along the road. Susan was enjoying looking at all the clothes, art, sea shells, etc.
We spent a lot of time just walking around. This photo was taking from a scenic lookout close to one of the shops.
We didn’t spend much time on the beach on our first visit to this town. It was more shopping than beach. I did however notice that the typical attire for the local girls seems to be the bikini! You even see them on the bus.
We kinda felt a little over dressed, but we’re the tourists! haha
Heres my Laguna Beach Photos.
